This is our family’s favorite! And I make it so regularly that is a weekly special!

Decadent Triple Chocolate Muffins

 

Ingredients:

     

      • 180 gr flour

      • 150 gr brown sugar

      • 1 tsp baking powder

      • 1 tsp baking soda

      • 1/2 tsp salt

      • 1  tsp cinnamon

      • 60 gr cocoa

      • 160 gr milk chocolate chopped or chocolate chips

      • 100 gr dark chocolate, chopped

      • 100 gr milk chocolate, chopped

      • 3 very ripe bananas, mushed with fork

      • 113 gr butter, melted

      • 2 eggs, room temperature

      • 1 tsp vanilla

    For the white chocolate

       

        • 100 gr white chocolate

        • 1 tsp coconut oil

      Preheat your oven to 220 degrees Celsius. Mix all the dry and wet ingredients separately than incorporate.
       Add the dark and milk chocolate chips than mix gently.
      Fill the muffin tin than bake for 5 minutes on 220 degrees than reduce the temperature to 180 degrees Celsius and bake for another 15 min.
      Melt the white chocolate with some coconut oil.
      Let it cool down than drizzle over the muffins.
